1. What is ARTCOWAY MOQ?

We do not set any MOQ, 1pcs is also acceptable. 

2.What type of files do ARTCOWAY accept for quoting?

We accept 3D CAD files in STL, STEP or IGES format to provide quotation,. 2D drawings with reference dimensions should be in PDF format.

3. How long will get a quotation from ARTCOWAY?

Normally, we will handle within 48 hours of receiving an RFQ. If any delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

4. How do I know my design will be kept confidential?

We will sign and adhere to any NDA or confidentiality agreement. We have strict confidentiality procedures. Non-relevant personnel cannot access your drawings or take photos.

5. What is the ARTCOWAY lead time?

  For 1-10 pcs is usually within 7 days. We will provide lead time to you when we send you the quotation.

6.Can ARTCOWAY help me make design drawings?

Usually we process according to the customer's drawings. If the drawings you provide do not meet the processing requirements, we will give you suggestions to meet the processing requirements.

7. What tolerances can ARTCOWAY achieve?

The following are general tolerance standards for reference:

CNC: ±0.15/100mm precision;

SLA: ±0.10/100mm precision;

VACUUM CASTING: ±0.2/100mm precision;

RIM: ±0.2/100mm precision.

It's helpful if you can specify in the 2D drawings which areas in your design have critical tolerances that must be met and which can be slightly modified if needed to reduce time and costs involved.

8.What type of surface finishes does ARTCOWAY provide?

We offer a full range of finishing services, from polishing to painting, plating to anodizing and printing to coating.

9.What are ARTCOWAY’s shipping terms?

Normally, our standard terms are Ex Works (EXW). This means the customer is responsible for shipping, customs clearance and all other reletive charges once the goods have left our premises.

10. Could ARTCOWAY arrange shipping for me?

Yes, If you need, we have cooperative freight forwarders.we can also arrange shipping for you. Small orders are shipped by express delivery, like DHL, FedEx and UPS. For large orders are generally shipped by air or sea.
